11月1日，VISA国际组织与东信和平新加坡子公司共同宣布合作伙伴关系，将为亚太地区所有发卡机构提供具有成本效益的JCES双接口芯片卡，该卡片基于Java TM平台，完全满足VISA对非接触支付技术的要求，可为所有VISA客户提供完整安全的非接触式交易支付服务。

       “在亚太地区，消费者、银行和商家对便捷的感应式交易关注度越来越高，因而我们对非接触式支付的需求也正在增长，目前，亚太地区面对面交易中已有28%为非接触式交易。”VISA亚太地区产品主管Rajiv Ramanathan说：“在加快本地区非接触式支付步伐的过程中，我们的合作伙伴发挥了关键性作用。很高兴能与东信和平联手共进，为VISA发行人提供非接触式卡。”

 Eastcompeace partner with Visa to promote contactless payment in Asia Pacific
