Mr. Tiger Teng is Chief Division Manager of IT Business Unit of TÜV NORD GROUP in Asia Pacific. Tiger is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for TÜViT/IT Business Unit’s portfolio of IT security and quality service to support the customer in bringing projects to a successful conclusion. He has over 20 years of experience in Information security including 15 years with smartcard industrial such as setting up smartcard security testing and evaluation Lab, development national/industrial scheme of smartcard implementation and certification.Tiger hold a Master degree of Business Administration and Bachelor of Physics. In the security discipline he is a certified IRCA lead tutor/and auditor of ISO27001, ISO2000 and ISO22301. 

Mr.Bin Hou Engineer, Security protection master.In 2000, worked in Shanghai Pujiang Smart Card System Co., Ltd,.He has been engaged in safety management for bank cards suppliers, also has participated the work for "China UnionPay" setting up. Participated in safety work of "Shanghai APEC meeting" and “Shanghai EXPO" and other large projects. For domestic and international safety norms organization has a profound understanding, with extensive experience in safety management.

2012, worked in Shanghai Bestway Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., specialized in providing security services for bank smart card supplier.Employed as a security consultant for many companies, has provided the physical security planning for domestic’s large-scale produce card companies, to provide professional services for card industry. After unceasing enterprising won the "anti-fake electromagnetic lock" "one by one entry system", "double interface electronic label", "electronic label of printing electroplating copper" and so on for industry and related technology of the utility model patent.
